PROCESS ANALYSIS & THERMAL CALCULATIONS
The Right Solution Starts with the Right Analysis and Diagnosis
Every facility has different operating conditions and requirements. Therefore, ENEVA evaluates each process holistically before starting a project. This includes:
- Evaluation of process conditions (potential savings versus actual operational needs)
- Determination of the correct material combination (thermal and structural strength, corrosion or wear risk)
- Modeling of fluid properties, fouling over time, and pressure loss
- Determination of the most appropriate path in terms of regulatory energy efficiency approach, payback, and incentives
The goal is to design systems that not only operate, but also deliver optimum performance without negatively affecting the existing process.
DESIGN IN COMPLIANCE WITH STANDARDS
Compliance with International Norms
ENEVA projects are designed and documented based on relevant national and international standards. The aim during the design process is to create systems that are compliant, safe, and long-lasting.
This includes:
-
Design in accordance with EN and ASME standards
(EN 12953, EN 12952, EN 13445, ASME Section VIII, ASME B31, TEMA, etc.) -
Compliance with PED (Pressure Equipment Directive) requirements
Safe design and conformity assessment of pressure equipment -
Project-specific customer specifications and technical requirements
Full compliance with the plant’s unique process, safety, and operational expectations -
Documentation and traceability during the design process
Preparation of calculations, 2D/3D drawings, and technical files in accordance with standards
This approach ensures that risks are eliminated at the design stage in terms of system safety and long-term operation.
WELDED MANUFACTURING & QUALITY CONTROL
Reliable Production Processes
Systems whose design is completed are brought to life in ENEVA facilities through controlled, traceable, and quality-oriented production processes.
Every stage of production is managed in line with defined procedures and quality requirements:
-
Welded manufacturing management
Production with approved welding procedures (WPS / WPQR) and qualified welding personnel -
Welded manufacturing system compliant with EN ISO 3834
Systematic implementation of welding quality requirements -
Material traceability
Use of certified materials and traceability throughout production -
Intermediate and final quality controls
Verification of production through dimensional, visual, and functional inspections -
Required non-destructive testing (NDT)
Execution of appropriate tests in line with project and standard requirements -
Product testing
Performance and reporting of leak-tightness and functional tests -
Final processing and shipment preparation
Cleaning, surface treatment, painting, insulation, and proper packaging applications
Through these processes, equipment manufactured by ENEVA is delivered to ensure long life, safety, and trouble-free field operation.
TESTING, COMMISSIONING & SITE SUPPORT
Commissioning and Operational Support
ENEVA’s engineering approach is not limited to the manufacturing of equipment. All commissioning processes are managed to ensure that the designed and manufactured systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably in the field.
This includes:
-
Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT)
Verification of system compliance with design and performance criteria before shipment -
Site installation and commissioning support
Coordination of mechanical installation, automation, and system start-up processes -
Performance tests
Verification of systems under designed operating conditions -
Technical support during operation
Technical consultancy and support during the initial operating period and afterwards
The goal is to ensure that systems installed by ENEVA are operated safely, efficiently, and sustainably from day one.
